Blood, Sweat and Heels a group of up-and-coming movers and shakers in New York’s elite circles of real estate, fashion, and media. The all-female cast includes former “video vixen” turned realtor Melyssa Ford, real estate partner Brie Bythewood, modeling agency owner Mica Hughes, affordable-style expert Daisy Lewellyn, A Belle in Brooklyn blogger and author Demetria Lucas, and style and pop culture journalist Geneva S. Thomas. From Harlem to Brooklyn, life in the big city often resembles a small town when the women cross paths in their personal and professional lives. The self-starters built their reputations and successes without the help of a man, but they never underestimate the power of a girlfriend’s support. These independent ladies are aggressive in their pursuit of personal and career goals, but will the cost of success prove too steep as they climb their way to the top?

These women are smart, but behind the smiles are problems. They air there lives on television for the world to see. Mica has issues with her dad and her live in boyfriend had a 20 year relationship with a woman while dating her. You can understand her drinking problems, last weeks episode she drank so much she couldn’t stand.

Melyssa Ford trying to revamp herself and try out real estate, however she has yet to sell a house. She has to go to back to hosting a clubs to make money because her well has dried up.

Brie the self proclaimed rich girl is a little snobby for me. We don’t know much about her because she has yet to let herself go.

Demetria, the blogger, I believe the only stable woman. She doesn’t mince her words, she speaks the truth and if you don’t like it, she doesn’t care.

Daisy, she is married to Jesus. She is just a bit too much; she is on this pedestal that she believes she deserve. Beautiful woman just not much sustenance.
